My Story
Well I have evaluated my choices and now invite you to join me as I continue my journey.
This program works well because each day you will get an email that provides you with the daily physical exercises that you should complete each day during the 21 days. Each Sunday is a “rest” we also have a social group that allows you to communicate with other people going through the program as well. So questions/tips are all addressed by people in the group.
Diet – I dislike eating plans that want you to eat foods that don’t taste good. The fundamentals of healthy eating are eat real food and watch your portions. A list of foods are provided that allow you to make the yummy foods that you love.
Exercise – Full body workouts! Each day you get your exercise challenges that you must complete before midnight of each day. This plan includes cardio plan, exercises that the circuits that they should be done.
